Our standard 10oz candles offer a clean burn time of approximately 60 to 70 hours, provided the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch before each lighting.
Are your fragrance oils and waxes eco-friendly?
Yes, we use a proprietary blend of natural soy and coconut wax. All our fragrances are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free to ensure a safe environment for your home.
How long will my reed diffuser last?
Depending on the humidity and the number of reeds used, our 200ml reed diffusers typically provide consistent fragrance for 4 to 6 months.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for home scents?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
